HIGGINS Frank. It is with great sadness that we observe the passing of Frank Higgins, former club player and member of the history making Tyrone Senior Team of 1956. Frank is survived by wife Marie, daughters Irene and Patricia, sons Joe, Eamonn, James and the late small Frank, sisters Bernadette, Claire, Gertie, Nuala, Deirdre and the late Sr Angela, brothers Paddy, James and Paul.
